CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required for all appointments. Your booking fee/deposit will be deducted from your total balance and your balance will be due at your appointment. Your booking fee/deposit can be paid via your debit or credit card. A 24hr. notice will be appreciated for cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments. A no-show, no call, or rescheduled appointment AFTER 24HRS. will result in a forfeit of your 20% booking fee/deposit. You can reschedule your appointment ONLY ONCE and transfer your booking fee/deposit to your new appointment date. If you reschedule a second time, another booking fee/deposit must be paid. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate your service or your service will be shorten.
